How Orders Are Shipped

There are a few different ways orders can be shipped here at Cloned Kitty, all of which fall under the two categories listed below.  For more information, please contact us.

  • Fulfillment by Cloned Kitty – We ship your order directly from our warehouse located in Vista, California.  We always send shipments either same day or next business day with our shipping.
  • Fulfillment by a partner of ours – Some orders are shipped directly to you from one of our third-party fulfillment partners and skip our warehouse entirely.  In certain cases, the customer service including return requests are also handled by our partner on our behalf.

Cloned Kitty Fulfilled Orders

We have a handling time of one day.  So the rule of thumb to use to determine when an order will ship is: If you place your order before we arrive at the warehouse, we will be very likely to ship the same day.  If it’s after, the order will ship the next day.

  • Days we ship – Business days (Monday-Friday, unless it is a federal holiday)
  • Hours of operation – Varies by day depending on other orders, but roughly between 9am and 1pm

Order Inquiries

All shippable orders will eventually be assigned a shipment tracking number.  Please use this number/tracking link to view your order’s shipment status.

If you have any questions about the status of your order and have not been provided tracking information, please contact us.

Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned via our return process.  If the cancellation request is made in time, we will do our best to get your order cancelled.
